How to use

Setting up the device

  1. Power On the Device
    • Hold down the power key for 2 seconds until the blue light flashes. This indicates that the device is ready to connect with the app.
  2. Change the Language (If Necessary)
    • Click the designated button to change the language settings as per your preference.
  3. Connect to the App
    • Download the app from the QR code on the provided instructions manual or by searching "HND" on the App or Play store.
    • Open the app on your smartphone.
    • The app will prompt you to search for a WiFi interface. Click the button to initiate the search.
    • A list of available WiFi networks will appear. Look for and select the WiFi network named HNDEC-XXXXXX.
  4. Establish the Connection
    • After selecting the WiFi network, return to the app. The power key light on your device will turn solid blue, indicating a successful connection.
  5. Begin Using the Device
    • Once connected, you can enter into normal use. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app as well as the usage and safety instructions below to start cleaning your ears safely and effectively.

Using the device

  1. Gently insert the tip into the outer ear canal.
  2. Do not insert the product more than ¼ inch into the middle ear canal (the part of the ear after the hole of the outer ear).
  3. Rotate the handle slowly and carefully to remove ear wax. Please note the skin of the ear is thin, so do not apply a lot of force when using to avoid self-injury.
  4. Do not use if you feel any pain or discomfort.
